Why not? :) looks interesting. I suspect there will be quite a few bowyers of one kind or another there too....

I made up a couple of flight arrows 24" long 5/16" shafts heavily barrelled 325 grain and 266grain I also took a couple of 490 grain 11/32" regular 28" arrows.
My first shots were a bit tentative (chicken  ::) ) getting 200yards with the 490 grain and 267 with the best flight arrow.
I went back and had another go with the flight arrows, watched 'em onto the shelf, good stiff left arm... string just on the finger tips...draw back the last inch and loose in a crisp movement.
I saw 'em go off pretty clean, tiny bit of porpoising but no waggle, lost 'em as they got high, but I could see they were going where I ponted 'em.

Oh, you want to know how far?  O:)
307 yards  my first laser rangefinder verified my me shot of over 300yards  :)

Thats a decent shot, how much difference between the heavier and lighter flight arrows?

I hadn't marked 'em so I didn't know which was which, but I don't think the longest wasn't the same one each time (one was a slightly tight fit on the string so I used that to see which was which) There was only about 5 yards between 'em each time.
I think I could get away with a smaller diameter shaft and maybe take the nocking point down a whisker.
probably some extra left in the bow, I could probably put in a little more reflex or draw another inch or two, but I don't want to over do it.
She's worth tidying up some more.
I did put a nice leather facing on the shelf (red Rolls Royce upholstery leather, suede side out)

(I should confess there was some tail wind  :-[ )

Your lighter arrow should have outshot your heavier arrow by at least 60 yards. That would have put you in world record territory. Try a little more weight up front on your lighter arrows and less taper in the front. More of a front to rear taper.
