I like how you think Mr. Arnold ;)
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

I've been making arrows every chance I get. Got about 2/3rds. of my sugarbeets planted before we got al this rain again. Hope they come up. Gonna be awhile before we get back in the fields again. Always like the dry springs better than the wet ones. (R

Yep, Guy, ya better get saddled up. It's long trip, via mule.   (A)

My camper roof has been getting a real test ever since I pulled it out of the shop. Everything like looks good so it doesn't have to rain on Marshall. Hopefully it'll get this 38 degrees and raining out of it system by then. I tried to talk wife into packing up and heading for Tennessee Classic, I'm not gonna be planting anything this week but she said no. Guess I'll see if I can get some more arrows made. I'm working on on bendy handle bow for my daughter and wife to share. Neither have ever shot a bow before.

Nothing but great weather for Marshall  LOL

Did we make a decision on specialty contest for this year?
I like either the hatchet  bow or Limbow. Ideas   but wish the rest of you would chime in
Soon as I get a minute I will try to put together a bit of a schedule

Been an interesting spring for me. Had a cross-country roadtrip planned that got derailed due to car troubles. Didn't plan on being in Michigan still, but here I am.

If the car issues are completely ironed out in the next couple weeks I'm planning on being there. I have a couple bows I'll be working on from now until then, and then I'll probably bring one to make my Marshall project for the inevitable late night or two. Going to be helping a buddy of mine take his first crack at making a bow in the coming weeks too. Might be able to talk him into coming down, if he has the time/wants to.

He has a lot of really awesome skills too. He's one of the ones who taught me brain tanning, he does a lot of other wood working, makes great jerky, and a lot of other cool stuff. He'd fit right in. Hair probably isn't as long as mine, but his feet are probably gnarlier.

Mr. Bill that is one heck of a sweet donation. The arrows alone are awesome. My girls are all lefties except for my daughter in law "Peachie" and I just made her one. I guess a girl never can have to many bows right?
