Thanks Jawge, Thanks SlimBob, it's all been a lot of fun very rewarding. My grandson is very excited about the bow and it's fun practicing with him.

Thats an awesome bow!  My grandson is the same age and I built him a 40" red oak selfbow that he loves to shoot.  Nothing better than shooting with your grandson.  All the best.  Will B.

I served the string yesterday and put a turkey shoulder feather on top limb so it would be easier for him to know which end of bow goes up. I think it looks cool to. Here some pictures

That turkey feather is a great addition to the bow.  Your grandson will get alot of fun out of that bow.  Great job!

That's a mighty cute little bean shooter!  That little fart outa get a lot of mileage out of that bow, seems he has some limb length to grow into.  He's gonna wear out a lot of shoe leather walking back and forth picking arrows outa the target.

Good work, boss!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

Thanks Will B He likes the feather too. Thanks JW their my little braves now just have to make sure they don't shoot each other. Yes looking at Charlie and his bow I could have made limbs a bit shorter but I know he'll grow faster than the bow. I think the littlest one Clifford is allergic to shoe's and socks even in the winter you can't keep them on him, you have to make sure he can't open his car widow or he throws them out.
