Do these powderhorns have a built in measuring system of some sort? I remember Davy Crockett tipping the horn up and I've always wondered how he controlled how much powder was going into the gun.

 NEVER load straight out of a horn of any kind. You would pour into a measure of some kind. Then down . Not a very safe thing to do
otherwise.

It would be cool Special Affects when the hand held bomb went off, though. :o
