New quiver design...
« on: June 21, 2016, 07:19:07 pm »
I saw a similar design to this on youtube and decided to reverse engineer it. It's not an exact copy, but I took(stole) some very neat ideas from it, lol. Also, first time trying uploading via photobucket. Hope everyone likes it.

Thank you, sir!

I have to give a lot of credit to whoever came up with the design originally. I'm good with the tedious bit and reverse engineering though. Lol

I'm going to try and make some construction paper templates for future builds. Maybe refine the process a little bit.

Definitely, but to me, it's close to perfect.
I'd add some more details in the back leather strap connecting the quiver to the front of the mannequin on the left arm.. Maybe some floral designs etc..

I thought about that, but I'm leaving it open for future, smaller straps. To be used for a hatchet, pouch, or something like that.

I like it!

Beautiful 8)
What is the interior fur?
Would you make the next one lighter?

Thanks, guys.

Zuma - The interior fur is beaver. And I don't think I would make it lighter, as it wears fairly light when you have it on. Just make some slight modifications to a couple dimensions and maybe improve upon the strap design.
