Wood Identification?

Hey everyone? Found this little board laying around,
What do you think it is?

It's definitely hardwood, has an orange color.. Which makes me think it's Argentine Osage.

The grain is very bad, but I could cut it in half and use it as a belly lamination for a shortbow.

It is way too short for a bow, and the grain is just horrible.
It measures 3ft in length and close to 1" in thickness,
I was thinking in either cutting it lengthwise and tapering the two pieces to glue up and make a trilam with
Purpleheart core , Boo backing and that wood as belly.

Or I could make a little bow and not use it pretty much 😂

Cut two pcs 1-1/2" wide and back it with hickory or boo. Just use a vee splice and glu a handle section on

It looks like black locust to me but it could be a Brazilian hardwood.

There's a very low chance of having an american wood board here at home..
I don't think so, most probably a Brazilian type.
