Looks like y'all had a good day.  Bowfishing is a blast.  It is the other end of the spectrum from deer hunting.  Rather than being silent and alone, it is a social event and you get to share in the enjoyment of your buddies hits and misses.  We go as often as we can in the summer months.  Glad y'all had fun.

Bill, you can't hear it enough.  Howard Hill did say that - I didn't invent it   I have just come to agree with him.  I know that I am dangerously approaching a breach of etiquette in hijacking here, and for that I apologize, but doggone it,  for all the short bow people out there who have never given it a whirl, whittle you out a bow long enough that you can draw that sucker back without a care of overdrawing it, and tiller it out so that it has just the least amount of string follow to it,  and see if you don't shoot a little straighter.   Okay, I got that out of my system - for now.    It is a Southern thing Eddie.  Ole Howard and Byron ....  Alabama boys, both of them.
