One the girls at work who I've known for years asked if I'd make her a rack for her darts (dunno if you guys over the pond play darts?).
She was in luck as I had a broken bow that would do rather nicely. As the game of darts was quite likely invented by archers whiling away the hours awaiting battle, a bow seemed very appropriate for her "arrows". The two spliced bow tips are mounted to matched polished Water-buffalo horn feet.
It will hold 8 sets of darts.
It was good to reuse the bow tips and give it to her as a present, or as you guys would say repurpose them and gift it to her
