thanks guys, Yes Brad I saw a guy on you tube curing roughed out stave's like that. I'm not saying its a great way to do it but I wanted to start the learning process. Crooked arrow the way I shoot I don't need bigger site window but maybe I should shoot different some days they go right where I'm looking some days not so much. I'm still really new at this hadn't shot a bow since kid 45 years ago. Then it was just screwing around shooting strait up in air. Where did it go I cant see it. thump there it is gee dumb. PNewton I'm really hoping to meet you soon. Do you know any of the guys that shoot in Carsonville or Cass City?

Looking forward to meeting you also Brian. If not before, Marshall is in 4 weeks. Offhand, I don't know anyone who shoots at Carsonville or Cass City.  I used to go to the traditional shoot in Caro, but it's been a while.

My brother shoots wheelies with guys in Carsonville said they used to have some traditional shooters. Some one I just meet said group from Cass City hunt all traditional on State land by Verona might be same group as Caro

Thanks Carson. I like it too. Was kinda trying for that snake skins look. Actually must have got kinda close cause when people see it they say it looks like a snake. It may only get one vote ( mine) but I am proud of it . I feel both honored and humbled competing with these great bowyer's and even if I just get my one vote I'm glad I entered and glad to see so many other BOM's this month
