3 reds, 1 mink, 1 muskrat their really pretty easy to clean up just skin put in pot simmer for a couple hours everything falls off like soup. Hardest part is teeth sometimes fall out and lower jaw splits and has to be glued back together.

You also have to remove brain I just poke something in through back of skull mix it up then rinse it out. Remove cartilage from nasal area with pliers

Has many similarities to mink. I've really never looked at one before maybe squirrel? Teeth and jaw hinge very simular to mink.
