Thanks guys. Got the door locks in and the windows trimmed out and caulked, yesterday. Next will be the roof over the concrete so it's nice and shady.
Clint, I'm not going to insulate it. I am going to block it from the sun and treat the roof with a UV reflective paint that really helps out. If I put a fan on it gets cool enough and if for when its really humid and if the bugs are out then I can turn a/c on in the evenings/night.
Zuma, I'm not doing a dust collection system. I'll be able to open up the cargo doors and the steel door and take a leaf blower and just blow everything out. Good enough. It's just a regular steel door from the superstore.
Pappy, I hear you on the grass. To me having grass in S Florida is a ridiculous idea in the first place. Doesn't belong here and with all of our environmental issues..runoff...Everglades, etc. it's just silly.
Really excited about it and looking forward to hopefully taking on some students when the outdoor overhang is done. Be good to get some new people involved down here for some shooting partners.
