Short ash bow

American ash bendy midsection bow 52" ntn length, 65# at 26".  1.25" wide.  Cherry bark on back and wenge tip overlays.   Heated in some reflex and it turned out about neutral.  Shoots pretty well in terms of shock, although not as feathery smooth as a longer bow.  From side trimming off stave, in edge grain orientation

very nice bow, well made with those stats..

I have made a lot of ash bows and I know how you have to get them just right, then you get a good shooter, but otherwise it takes set easy.
People underestimate a well made ash bow. imho
