Very cool Mike!
Rylie, that's a very nice bow that your papa helped you make!
Glad I was able to watch from the sidelines on this one. Maybe one day I will be able to help a grandchild of mine make a bow. Thanks!

Rylie, you'll cherish that bow for the rest of your life. You'll cherish the time spent with Grandpa even more. Congratulations on a beauty! Jawge

Wow. Rylie makes a better bow than me, and from the looks of that shot on the deer, shoots better than me too.
Very nice job on both.
Papa you should be proud.
Hope to meet you both at The Tennessee Classic.

After we ripped Rylie's bow blank there was just enough left to make another ... a medium-weight. So I was working on it while she/I were moving ahead with hers. Made  it similar, in some respects, to Rylie's. So we'll likely shoot 'em together at The Classic in few weeks.

Maple limbs. 64" ttt, 1 3/4" @ fades, straight tapering to 1/2" tips. Linen backing.

Padauk and hickory overlays.

Padauk and hickory at handle.

Measures 37# @ 26" on my scale.

Thanks for looking.

You two have something special.  I hope she enjoys the Classic and sticks with primitive archery as she grows up.
