Mocassin Vine Maple

Finally my friend Chris is back in town so I could take pictures of his bow.

Equal limbs with 1/8 of negative tiller.

That's a nice Bow right there. But that last pick of him drawed back with a arrow ew scary.

Possible, I made this bow awhile back and there was a note on the skins but I guess I forgot   ;D, could be cotton mouth ?

I don't think they are water moccasin skins.  I have some of those and they are a totally different pattern.  Maybe whoever sent them to you thought they were water moccasins.  They sure look like diamondback water snakes to me.  It really doesn't matter.  They look good and so does the bow.

Snakes are easily misidentified.  A lot of nonpoisonous snakes are often mistaken for poisonous snakes with a similar pattern.  I've had several people give me copperhead skins that turned out to be corn snakes.  Water snakes are mistaken for water moccasins a lot to.
