I decided to do a few upgrades.  The camper now has AC    I put it under the bed platform.  The camper wouldn't have looked right with a window unit hanging out the side of it.  I put a small drain pan under it for the condensation.  It drains out the bottom of the floor.  I'll leave the back door partly open to allow the exhaust to escape.  It's working great so far. 







I'm also working on a slide out kitchen unit for the back.  I have it framed up.  Tomorrow I'll get the plywood on it and install the sink.  I plan on having running water.  I have a couple ideas on how to do it.  I will have to remove the kitchen and AC when I am fully loaded at the Classic.

I did a little more work on the kitchen unit.  I got it skinned, stained, and painted.  I used the dark stain that didn't work out for the inside of the camper.  The paint is some industrial exterior epoxy that I had leftover from the original RR.  I also did a test fit with the sink.  I wanted to use a smaller sink but I got a deal on this one that I couldn't pass up.  Now I need to make the cabinet doors and do some plumbing and trim work.

I put a second thick coat of white paint on the top and made some cabinet doors for it today.  All the hard work is done.  It just needs trimmed out and the plumbing hooked up.

I'm not to crazy about how the hinges look but I'm trying to keep the budget as low as possible on this project.  I didn't feel like spending a lot on special cabinet hinges.

You could say that it needs to be the third week of July and you have to make a trip through Marshall Missouri.   >:D
Her and my wife could go hit all the flea markets! Then come back to camp and enjoy some homemade apple pie!  >:D
