NC Rhyolite Beast Rock! This rock is hard to work, between fractures/cracks and layers it is a challenge. Did manage to get a couple beat out tonight. An axe head and a Hardaway point.

Lyman Lookin real good on that man rock, I made a hoe out of a pc of that same dark rhyolite so I'm done hittin on that stuff for awhile. Bob

Thanks guys, I actually enjoy the challenge but it is hard on your tools. I'll not forget Stringman saying at the Classic "why would you want to do that to your tools".....good point then and now...lol
