I feel your pain man. My dad and I both used to hunt, but I haven't been out in years. Bow hunting is something I'd like to do, but I also don't really know enough to go out on my own. Also I need to shoot a lot more before I'd feel confident. Right now I'd settle for getting out and learning the area I'm at. I've got an appointment this spring with a friend and another friends dad who are both birders, and we're gonna do some exploring.
