Now that seems as folks speak the closing word …
It's not over, as goat said, still some bows to deliver …

But, to be honest, I also enjoyed this trade, it was or is a good trade with very nice high quality bows. All made individual with very different designs – I like like that and liked the watching of the come along.
I also feel very honored to be part of this party!

May I make a suggestion, and let let us/me hear what you think:
What about a new thread with the gallery of all these bows all in one row, let's say 10 pics each bow and some only 3 specs (length, draw weight, draw length). No discussion in between the row, just pics. Of course we should wait till all bows are sent out.

I remember the bow rack gallery some time ago – it was so much fun to watch.

Great idea, Simon! It would be great to easily see all the bows from this trade in one fell swoop. It might not be a bad idea for the other 2 trades as well, since all 3 have some pretty sweet bows.

So do I  ;D
I found many years ago that it is much easier and more rewarding working with those that don't know anything than those that know it all.

Nice stick Pat.

I like the picture gallery idea.

My guy got a hold of me last night to let me know what was what with the bow, you'll never guess who it was......;)

Glad it made it up there.  Was thinking maybe I was going to have to drive it up there if the postal strike happened.

Hurray! Hurray!  Hurray!
Just came home from work and could unwrap a cool tube from Paulsemp.
Oh my – that is a sweet bow, from a nice clean character stave, fine detail work on tips handle and the transition into the sleeves. When you look at it you hardly will see it's a take down.
Paul, thank you so much for this piece of art. I'm sure she will shoot nicely. I will wait some days before bracing to give the bow a chance to acclimatise and hopefully the weather is fine on Friday for some pics.

Btw.:
I had to fetch the bow from the bureau for Customs. There are bureaucrats you won't believe. Took me an hour today to declare:
- yes it is a gift and
- yes Paul is a friend and
- yes the value is 40$ (haha) and yes it is wood, I don't know what species (haha) and
- yes it is no tropical wood, I know this for sure and
-  yes this no trade, there is no bill included and
- blablabla …...

 >:( >:( >:(

I'm glad we hadn't such trouble with mine for Pat.
In the end, after that $§%&§§ person did some search in the net, he suddenly said it's o.k. I can go. Believe me, my neck was as twice as thick as normal and I had some **** words on the tongue. But I was so happy and excited to have my Paulsemp bow finally in posession.

Pauly, thanks again for that super nice stick!
I can hardly wait to shoot her.  8)
