I fell just short of clearing the tallest tree behind the bear target across the pond.  When we left the shoot, I noticed a newly plowed farm field.  It was within walking distance of campsite.  I sure wish we would have noticed it before and lined up for a flight shoot.

No but two of his bows were there.  One the owner asked for it to be retillered because it had a lot of hand shock and they couldn't shoot it.  The other bow was mine and we destroyed it.  We ran it over, shot it with arrows, snapped the limbs, and then we burnt it.

Other than that, no, he wasn't there. :)

Patrick spent his time rebuilding the shocky bow for the gal that owned it. He didn't have to, he didn't know her, but he did the right thing and that why he is now a member of the A-Team. A very exclusive club of genuine good guys.

Thanks again,  we have the other one with us to. Eric is going to fix this one and send it back to her. Guy worked on it for a good while,  the first thing he done was scrape off the blacklisters name.

No, he was scared of going snap, crackle, pop after lying and ripping people off.  But that's other story, and not worth giving him any more attention over.

I found out we have a distance measuring wheel at work.  I'm going to bring my mini bow in tomorrow and see what it will do.  There is a very flat mowed area where I can shoot it.  I'll report back with the results.

In a decent cross wind my best shot was 368 feet.  I was a little disappointed.

we are not really set up for flight shooting
we should do0 some studying up on it and get our arrows tuned better for distance.

I want to make another one that is more center shot and a little heavier draw.  I want to hit 150 yards.
