Matt, you can get 1/4" solid bamboo rods in the cake decorating isle at walmart.

Ya bake too, huh?

I just finished up my mini bow.  That handle wrap gave me more trouble than anything else on it.  I'll post some pictures tomorrow.  Now I need to work on some arrows.

I'm making 2 minies. 1st is a muskrat rawhide backed ash bow. I took good limb from my broken ash bow and cut it down. I call it Abbie-Normal "it's aliiiive" guess you had to see the movie Young Frankinstien to get that. It was 20 lbs @10" before backing.
2nd is Sinew backed HHB. 1 1/2 layers haven't finished tiler waiting for sinew to cure some yet would like to find gardener snake to back. Maybe so Sunfish or Bluegills.
Sorry can't seem to post pictures. I posted 3 before but no luck since.

That's a nice looking skin Bubby.  I didn't get time to take any good pictures of mine today.  I'm planning on making some arrows for it at the Classic.  I packed up all the supplies for them.
