oh, and btw...once in the bucks' bedding zone, I had a shot but the first arrow hit something, and turned nearly parallel, slowing like a slow-motion semi truck wreck in a movie. Confused, that buck came with in 10 or so yards, trying to wind me. I had to reload out of my back quiver, and that motion caused the buck to move out at a walk. The second buck, the one I had stalked upon as I saw him bed at 250 yards in the snow and sleet, fed into and parallel tome. This buck#2 must have noticed the first buck's anxiousness, and when then second buck looked to move, I grunted low and only once. That seemed to settle the buck, and I released.
