Smart phone pics.
« on: December 15, 2015, 10:37:02 am »
Is it possible to post a pic from a smart phone that is upright? I don't have a smart phone and try to be sure all the pics I post are upright and wished everyone else would.

LOL I wish I could help ya Pat.
I bought one last week but it was much
smarter than I. I had to return it. I didn't
want a phone that could stack up gigabyte
charges behind my back. :o

Every smartphone has the option of rotating the image, different ways to do it depending on which phone is being used.

I found with my phone,  if I take a picture with the phone horizontally (landscape), then it will post here correctly.  If I take a picture with the phone held upright,  then it always post the picture sideways,  no matter which way I rotate the picture afterwards and save.  I'm sure there are apps and better ways of doing it,  but I am basically technology illiterate.  ;)

It really makes it hard to get a good view of a bow if I have to hold my computer on its side.   >:(

Or, just get with it ol' man!

I don't use my phone. I take pics with it, email them to me, then open and edit in Paint.

Pat,
I have reframed from posting bow pictures here. :(
I think because they are just hard to photograph. ???
I am not totally happy with the best photo shop I can do. :'(
What do you think? :)
thanks Zuma

LMAO
You know I have to evaluate your post on two levels
Eddie :-\
# One-- which I am sure with out a doubt, you think the
bows are spectacular and the pics suck.
# Two no option  >:D

I have done both and only had one post sideways or upside down. Mostly from my computer though.
