We've had plenty of rain this past week, so our Burn Ban has been lifted. Hopefully I'll be able to cook some rocks this weekend. I tired working it raw and man that Texas stuff is hard as a rock.

I did get one point working pretty nice (for me the complete novice) and while trying to thin it, SNAP.

On a similar sad note, the obsidian knife preform that I got from Missouri Trading Company broke in two when my tool box came open when I picket it up and the lid was not secured.

. Oh well, now I have two arrow point preforms.
