(hint: means "green mountain" in French)

Those fantastic fall colors are part of what I miss about being in south Texas. Places north of I 20 usually get some nice color, but not this far south. My favorite place to live was north of Atlanta, GA. We used to take the kids to the mountains at least once per fall and spend a whole day driving, looking and taking pictures. Those were stunning views and good memories.

I was hesitant to say New Hampshire because shire is English :laugh:
Southern Pennsylvania and parts east are known for the best colors.
They contain the most southern,northern varieties and the most northern,
southern varieties of tree species in one zone.
