Finished new Osage Hunting Bow

Is there a reason why you backed it?  Just curious.  Osage can handle a lot of stress without it.

I like the camo effect of the rawhide,
heard for years about Osage lifting splinters and such, as an inexperianced Osage ring chaser I left some extra material on knots so the rawhide insurance sounded good
