« on: September 13, 2015, 11:13:29 pm »
I've done a 180 lately, I've been selling of all my airguns ( Killed way to many hogs and it's getting stale )

Been really reconnecting with archery and I have a few bows in the make, but, It's been sooo wet in the past few weeks  >:( >:( Hurricanes all around us are making for a crazy Humid/Wet summer..... bowmaking is on hold  :(

Check out the yellow. There seems to be concerns about your absence there. BTW nice to see we share the same interests. Looking forward to your offerings here.

I live near the gulf coast and it's pretty humid.
A cold front came through yesterday and droped the humidity way way down so much my eyes and nose are burning.

I hate it as well. My basement leaks, I usually cut most of my laminates down there, I can't even breath down there because of the mold. It has rained here in ohio way more than normal this year. It seems to finally be subsiding though, and cooling down a bit. I can't wait till fall decides to show up. :)

the lower part is raised up,
the part that has too much is reduced,
the part that has too little is increased."

I'd give you some of our weather but it's worse then yours. We already have over the average rainfall for the year and still have all of the cold fronts left. The river is so high if I put the kayak in to hunt I won't be able to pull in to shore for 5 miles.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Yep, here in florida it's been rainy.
The temperature was down as was the humidity yesterday and somewhat today so that was nice. Let's hope the trend continues.
Whatever you are, be a good one.

Hadn't been to bad here in TN. for the most part this summer, now last winter is stayed damp
and rainy all winter, as far as bows I can deal with them pretty good when it is damp by working on them for short times and putting them in the dry for a while, hot box/AC or heater duct, now in the winter tanning hides that's a different story it is a mess to deal with. :)

Tell me about it. I'm in Jacksonville and the rain has really been cutting into my shooting time....
