Ed Scott has passed away...

Ed went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Sept. 12. Tomorrow, I'll work on a bow and smoke a pipe in his honor.

So sorry to hear that.   It was an honor to meet him at cloverdale.  I wish I would have spent more time talking bows with him.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

I didn't know him, but I shall spare a though for him and all our loved ones who have gone as I loose an arrow today.

A talented bow maker, a fine artist and a gentleman, sad to lose a guy like him in the archery community.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.

Ed's bows were works of art; recognizable as he had his own unique style.  Sad news, the passing of Ed.  He was a inspiration to many.  Spent several hours chatting with him at Cloverdale.  Nice fella.  I too will loose an arrow towards the heavens tonight, in Ed's honor.
