Cool video, J.W. . And I agree with you that the American Antelope is the absolute best tasting meat I have ever had! A friend of mine told me he would rather have Antelope than Elk! I told him he was nuts! Buuuut, a little while later, I had the opportunity to try Antelope. I now agree with him. People ask me what does it taste like? I tell them Antelope! There is nothing to compare it with. It has a texture, and taste unlike any other animal. There isn't a lot of meat on an Antelope, but it is oh so good! I have had people tell me, that Antelope isn't fit to eat. That it tastes like sage, and the even the dogs wouldn't eat it. I then ask how long did they drag it around with them, and how did they cook it? The answer usually explains why they did not like it. You are absolutely spot on, J.W. . And thanks for the video.
