Amatuer Holmgaard self bow

<< < (5/9) > >>

PK:
I didn't think I would have a question on my own build along but, is there an advantage to have a String center off center to the side that I will be shooting from, seems my stave had more moisture in it untill after loosing wood now its off center about a 1/4 inch. The bend is in the middle of the bow in the hande, the handle is 1" wideth.PK

adb:
1/4" off center? I wouldn't worry about it, especially now. You can always tweak the nocks at the end, to line up the string.

PK:
And then I noticed a big twist in the limb, Glad I have a doorway and a strong Towel holder.I think I better let this set aside for a while and see whats happenin with the moisture content.
