I'm not into reality shows but my younger brother told me about this show that he has been watching.  I checked out the first episode online, it was more funny than anything else.  Anyone else watch this show?

I haven't watched it but to be alone in the woods that long to me would be like a vacation. Most of the previews I've seen they are a bunch of whining babies not used to being by themselves for long.

I thought it was a joke at first. No more. I would have tapped out early for sure.

I watch it. I told my wife that the funny guy will win because he doesn't let himself get down mentally. Not too mention, his little yurt is pretty slick.

He appears to be having fun, like he doesn't want to leave. I can dig that like a hole.

I have wanted to go out by myself for a long time. My wife is against it for health reasons. I told her if I don't come back by a
certain time call my friend Buck . He would find me. It's like we share the same thoughts and skills. I got 2 young men lost.
At least they thought we were. One asked how's Buck going to find us. I told them he'd come up the flood plain, turn west after he came is far enough.
Go until he picked up on our smoke and come straight into us. In an hour he was there. They asked and he told them the
same story. It was not a preplanned joke on them either.

I've enjoyed watching the show.  I appreciate the lack of scripted drama.

Its the first season Clint, give them time and they will ruin its purity like they have with all the other cool shows they started the last 5 years.

This is what I thought Survivor should have been from the beginning.
