Dont tell your self your gonna mess it up...tell your self the opposite. Just take your time tillering it is all. Get started on a simple selfie yet in the mean time?

Already working on 3 different bows lol. I usually take them each to the same step so I just have to get stuff out once

I hate agreeing with him but he is a hundred percent right.  A well made simple bow will shoot just as well if not better then some of those high stress designs if they're not executed properly.

That ain't too bad buddy! I got a piece of vine  maple that looks like that without sinew or any heat Bending. The hardest part is string alignment and making sure you have a clean tiller throughout and taking your time. Patrick

And being careful getting it to first brace to not go under weight, it will feel much heaver than it really is, it can fool you very easy into thinking it is way heavy. :o Looking good so far. :)
