Sad story
« on: August 14, 2015, 10:48:50 am »
I saw an old friend today. He's in tree trimming. They cut a mulberry  and chipped it all yesterday.
Also an ironwood that he said was 30' long and straight, chipped it too. So I told him save some of the
smaller ones he cuts and I'll teach him how to make a bow. It's a deal ! :-[ :D
A three strand cord is not easily broken. Ecc.4:12

Darn, all that great bowood gone to waste. Hopefully you can get some staves and bring someone else into this awesome hobby at the same time. :)
Whatever you are, be a good one.

heck, you might get him started in a new business venture. he wouldn't be the first tree trimmer to start selling staves to boyers!!
