I haven't been making a lot of bows lately, a lot of honey do jobs on my list, but I did finish this one last week.  I hesitate to call this bow a warbow since it only pulls a bit over 80# @ 30".  It is more than my shoulders will tolerate these days though.  The bow is 1 3/8" wide and 72" N to N.  The wood is clean with only a few small pin knots here and there but the lower limb does have a bit of character near the tip so I left that a bit stiff, not great Yew but decent.  It started out with maybe 1 1/2" of reflex and ended up pretty well straight.  Here's a few pics, I couldn't quite get it to full draw in the pic no comments now.

That's a lot further back than most would get.
Gotta love the full compass tiller :)
Funny I've just done an 80# @30" but it was much longer, 78" ntn so a bit less critical on the tillering.

Yes I wished I had slightly longer wood but I had to work with what I had, 78" does seem a bit long for a 30" draw though

Very nice Marc.  I built a 95#@30" yew longbow a few years back but she didn't bend as nicely as yours does.
To e, the horn nocks were the most aggravating part of the whole process.  ;D

Yeah the guy who wanted it specified that length, he wa a bit fellow and I reckon he could get way past 30" if he went medieval style.
I think he wanted the Mary Rose look, but it was still only as tall as him!
