I know you called it a RD, but isn't it considered a full recurve, since the string touches the limbs at brace?

Thanks guys, forgot to mention the photos were takin on Seymour mountain overlooking Vancouver,
 A little hazy because of all the forest fires, but today was much worse, totally smoked out here

chadwick - not too sure on the technical terms,  maybe a recurved deflex would be a more suited name

Matt- I boiled these tips for about 20 minutes after the bow fully braced and pulling to 20"

Another killer stick of yew! I like how it turned out with that profile. Was that hard deflex in the handle natural?
