Greetings!
« on: June 07, 2015, 01:05:53 pm »
I've been lurking here for a while and thought I would join up and introduce myself. I've been into traditional archery for some time now and as my interest has grown I started looking into making my own arrows and the Home Depot bamboo arrow build along jumped up and I've since perused quite a bit of this forum. Right now I'm into manchu style archery, just got myself a new horsebow and shot it for the first time yesterday and it's not a bad little bow for what I paid for it. Once I start making some arrows I'll definitely post some pics in the arrow forum! Here's some pics of my new bow...

I don't know if that's an addiction I want to court, lol. Also I don't have work space, living in an apartment at the moment. Definitely going to be making arrows though.

Do a google search for poorfolkbows and check out his red oak board build-a-long.  He makes it on his balcony.

Lot harder to build arrow than a bow.
