This group of juniper trees has been in my yard as long as I can remember. It has red heartwood similar to ERC but it just doesn't look like an ERC. Does anyone know what kind of juniper it is?

It looks like a Chinese Juniper to me. Just your garden variety juniper. Don't know if it's good for bows.

Thanks guys. There's really no bow worthy pieces in it except for a branch deep in the tree. I really just wanted to know what kind it is.

Probably a Chinese cultivar but all junipers have a lot in common.
