I was out this weekend hunting Thunder Chickens in the woods and ended up with a nice stash of Chicken of the woods instead. I'm not big on mushrooms but I gave it a whirl and this stuff is pretty good. I battered and fried some and it tasted like fried squash. Last night I grilled some and put it on a burger. For those of you who partake, what are some good ways to fix this stuff? Nothing too elaborate as I'm not the most accomplished cook.
