If they are small , wrap them individually in paper towel and put them in a Altoids tin, rubber band around the tin and then a bubble wrap envelope. They weigh very little and the mailing costs are determined on the zip code.
My knapping buddy, Mike Cook mails them all over the U.S. by wrapping the blade in bubble wrap and then makes small triangle shaped mailing box. He says the triangle shape makes it harder for the box to get damaged or crushed. He should know he is a retired postal worker!!!
