If they are small , wrap them individually  in paper towel and put them in a Altoids tin, rubber band around the tin and then a bubble wrap envelope.  They weigh very little and the mailing costs are determined on the zip code.

My knapping buddy, Mike Cook mails them all over the U.S. by wrapping the blade in bubble wrap and then  makes small triangle shaped mailing box.  He says the triangle shape makes it harder for the box to get damaged or crushed.  He should know he is a retired postal worker!!!

Normally I just bubble wrap and send usps in the small flat rate box
knapper.
I have received some in regular  envelops that were ok, but Im a little scared of that.

I cut a piece of cardboard that is a little wider than the point is long, roll the point up in it so that the cardboard is 2-4 layers thick, put that into a small box (FRB OK) and send it priority. Priority gives you a tracking number. I have bedded them in Styrofoam and put that into a box of the same size and sent it priority.
