I would say that as your new routine gets started, you will start to come out of it. Change can be difficult and can take a while to adapt. Give yourself a break every time you can and by that I mean a break from adapting to the changes. Just be for a while every day. Meditate on being, without negative self talk and analysis. Prayer for others or for your improvement without negatives, if you are so inclined. We all go through it. We are all with you.
