Tillering Help
« on: March 19, 2015, 03:23:01 pm »
Hi, I am new to bow building, this is my first attempt.  It is osage and 63" ntn.  I was wondering what you think of the tiller.  I know the right limb is alittle funky but i am not sure what i need to do to fix it.  Any help is appreciated.

Looks to me like from the fade on the right limb out about 12" is stiff. The tiller is also uneven but if you get the right limb bending a bit it should even out.

Pat has the inner nailed, out is pretty stiff too don't touch the mid where it's bending to much
failure is an option, everyone fails, it's how you handle it that matters.

So we covered the right limb.  Is the left limb looking ok?
