Great looking bow!  I'm adding that design to my "to do" list.

That's really cool.
I think it's the first one I've seen in that style, simple and clean which is what a bow should be (IMO)
It looks right and when it looks right it generally is right :)

Very nice Carson, that looks like one super clean piece of osage and you got it bending to a nice arc. Like the looks of the handle and finish, fits the bow nicely.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.

Thanks guys!
Hrothgar, yeah that bow in particular really jumped off the page and demanded to be built. I feel like this isn't really a replica though as it sits about 10 inches longer. It was a good intro into the design for me.

Pappy and Greg, this was a an exceptionally clean piece of osage. I had to heat out a little propeller twist and a some side bend. I got a little careless when heating out the side bend through the handle and ended up with crispy wood throughout the handle area. Bow was only roughed out, but I had to chase another ring to get through the crusty ring on the back. I was worried about making weight after that, only to find the sucker coming in at 60#! Amazing what osage can do.

I don't know why i was surprised at how hard this bow shoots. It is basically the design Tim Baker settled in on for his fast bows from boards.

Thanks Del, I am leaning towards simple and clean more and more lately.
