Thank you everyone for the kind words!
Tillstave, the edging is done with acrylic paint by hand. I felt like this bow needed a little something between the skin and the bow. The transition didn't look quite right without it.

What a beauty of a bow, but I think I would have named it " Starfall" since it isn't a raven feather anyway. One day I gotta get me a piece of yes but you don't see it growing in Missouri lol.
