No heat treating.i don't like to push it to far with boards.the inner limbs took almost no set, the majority of it being distributed all the midlimbs.the levers flex every so slightly and can been seen with a straight edge at brace(hardly by eye).the bow draws smooth and shoots well after many shots.took around 1-1/4"set after resting.
Some like motorboats,I like kayaks,some like guns,I like bows,but not the wheelie type.
