Boy, That slicked up nice Chris. That handle is stunning with the finish on it and I bet the pics dont even do it justice.

Bud, that's truly lovely.  CONGRATS!!
... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857

I'm trying to get Carson to trade me a character yew for a couple Osage staves. Hoping it comes out half as nice as this one. Very smooth.

A tear just fell from my eye. What do I need to do to get that bow from you Chris?

Nope. There wont be any permanent handle on it Jon, Bill. HOWEVER, I am a hunter first and foremost and build bows for that singular reason. If it doesn't work with gloves or when damp. Ill use a rubber roll on grip temporarily. If I had any skills at all, I would have gnurled or stippled the grip. I couldn't get myself to risk anything on this wood, it was too pretty to chance.
