Thanks guys! Sidewinder, it shoots great in my opinion, although I might change my mind if I got the chance to shoot some of the bows I see on here. This is the fourth adult-weight bow I have successfully completed, and the second one I have bothered putting a finish on. The first Osage I finished has seen pretty good use for three years, especially the last year when I really tried not to use my glass longbow much at all. This one shoots a whole lot better than that first one ever did - faster, easier to shoot accurately, and less hand shock.
Pappy, I do hope to get a bit faster, but it seems that I have trouble finishing projects sometimes...also, when I get to final tiller and shooting in, I think I get too scared of messing up. I had a really nice elm bow to that stage this summer and messed it up by taking too much off the lower limb while I was balancing it. Boy that made me mad (and slower)!
