How do you guys fade stains? I'm talking about dark tips fading out to natural mid-limb. Do you brush it wet on the tips and then wipe it toward the handle with a rag? Any tips-tricks?
Thanks

Start with very little stain on a cotton ball to get the lightest shade first. Then gradually darken it as you short the area up. I use a dry cotton ball to blend it all together. Always wipe from where you want it darkest fading to lightest.
