My New Pearly Bow
« on: January 19, 2015, 09:33:59 pm »
Hey guys,
I did a trade with Pearly D. and we swaped bows at Pauls shop when we all got together. Its hophornbeam heat tempered. 64" mid 50's @27". This bow is dead quiet and shoots hard and fast. Shooting my wood arrows at Pauls I couldent seem to hit anything. I brought it home and shot a cane arrow that Chris gave me out of it and it flew like a dart. I was drilling center! Brown dye job fading to grey at the tips. antler overlays.  Thanks again Chris, I love it and I'm sure it will see a lot of use!

Sweet!  Nice to see one of his bows posted again.  Great bend on it, even if it doesn't have those classic hooks he likes.  Very nice.

I got to see that one up close over the weekend. It is a nice one for sure, has a cool rippled back, neat looking finish and really shows Chris' talent. Very cool bow.
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.

You're a lucky Man Cody - nice bow! Bob
