Offset fletching

I'm going to try a few arrows with offset fletching. Do I offset left wing feathers to the left or right? I'm talking about the front of the fletch just so we're on the same page
. Once I know this I will be able to figure out right wing all by myself.

If it helps I think I read something about the wind should hit the shiny side of the feather. Or was it the dull side? I searched but couldn't find it. Honest.
