What bow wood that grows in South East U.K. Regularly grows with a natural snake?

I think all trees grow with some wiggle. A elm sapling shouldn't be hard to find with some character,but if your looking for something like osage that. Follows the grain when split,not sure of European wood?
Some like motorboats,I like kayaks,some like guns,I like bows,but not the wheelie type.

You could try corylus avellana 'contorta' but that may be more snakey than you want  >:D
